  • Is the programme suitable for everyone?
    No. All exercise programs require a certain amount of fitness level. This programme is NOT suitable for pregnant ladies or anyone with pre-exisiting conditions, including but not limited to heart problems, high blood pressure or low blood pressure. If you are not sure, please consult with your doctor first before signing up.
  • What is the Sign-Up procedure?
    You will need to sign up from the website directly. Look for any Be A Member link in the header banner of all pages. Or look for our Signature $80 tab on our home page. Once your applicaiton is submitted, we will contact you by email or Whatsapp. After your proof of payment is received, your membership will be approved. Sign up Now
  • How to I access the class zoom link?
    LOG INwith your own membership details in the same area where the Be A Member link is. You will find a drop-down menu: My Account Online Class Videos ZOOM Class Schedule Class Registration Log Out All the zoom link details are provided directly in the ZOOM Class Schedule option. Click on the class that you want to join and you will be directed to the class when the class starts.
  • Can I start my membership mid-month?
    All membership follows the calendar month. So even if you sign up mid month, you will still need to pay for the full monthly membership fee. Don't worry. You will have full access to all the class videos for that month and a database of hundreds of hours of classes for you to practise any time offline
  • Can I share the account with someone else?
    All accounts are non-transferrable. However if two individuals share the same residental address, the second person will get 50% off his/her monthly fee
  • Can I refund or transfer my account to someone else if I can't continue for the rest of the month?
    No, except if you have a valid medical certificate stating that you are unfit for exrecises during that period.
  • Will I still have access to the old videos when I discontinue with my membership?
    No. The videos are only for active members.
  • What happens if a scheduled class gets cancelled?
    In the event that a class needs to be cancelled because of any last minute emergency with the instructor, a replacement class OR a video class will be arranged in the later days.
  • Any minimum number of pax to start a scheduled class?
    We need a minimum of 6 pax for a scheduled class to start. Hence the requirement to register for the class that you plan to attend. The registration form can be found in the Member's Area. Pls note that you will need to register from your desktop or laptop. The mobile verison is NOT editable.
  • When is the deadline to register for a PAYG class?
    One day before the class starts. Book a class now
  • Will I have access to the class video when I attend a PAYG class?
    No, the class videos are exclusive for Stronger By the Day monthly members or VOD customers only
  • For PAYG classes, can I get a refund if I can't join last minute?"
    No. If you can notify us at least 2 hours before the class starts, you will be given a class credit that is valid for 1 month. However if you notify us less than 2 hours before the class starts, the class fee will be fortfeited.
  • Can I choose the type of classes for the videos?
    All videos are the recorded zoom classes. Yes, You can choose any class video that you prefer. All class videos will be refreshed every month. Start your subscription now!
  • What kind of online payments do we accept?
    We currently DO NOT accept any credit cards or debit cards. Nor do we accept direct payment from our website. We DO ACCEPT PayNow, PayLah! and Paypal. Once your payment is made, we will need you to send us a digital copy of your payment. Whatsapp or email us for more details.
  • Can the payment be made via the website directly?
    No, sorry. We do not accept direct online payment from our website. If you are interested in any of our program, you can sign up online as per the links below: Signature $80 PAYG VOD Once we receive your email, we will contact you by email or phone to provide you with payment details.   • How does it work?
    As a token of appreciation to our members, any members who introduce a friend or family member who successfully signs up for the monthly Signature programme ($80 unlimited access) will receive $10 credit towards their monthly membership fee in the following month.
  • Is there a cap on the monthly credit that I can earn in each month?
    No limit to the number of referrals whatsoever. The more of your friends or families signing up, the more you save.
  • Can I cash out the credit?
    No sorry. If you do not continue with our membership the following month, the credit(s) will be forfeited once you terminate your memberhip.
  • Can I transfer my Referral Award credit to other members?
    No. The award is only for you and is non-transferrable nor cashable. Your credit will be forfeited once you terminate your membership.
